Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients
Dijon mustard: about 1 Tbsp
Balsamic vinegar: about 1 Tbsp
Olive oil: about 4 1/2 Tbsp
Regular Mustard: about 2 tsp

Mix all the ingredients above in a small bowl with a whisk. This should yield roughly 1/2 cup of dressing/marinade or about four servings of the dressing. If it tastes too sharp, add a little more olive oil. If it tastes too oily, add a splash more balsamic vinegar. This was scaled down from our mass recipe, so the ratios may not be perfect.
