Stuffed Pepper Skillet

  • In your crate

    Jar of Cooked Beef

    Jar of Raw Seasonal Veggies

    Rice

    Cheese

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Large skillet or sauté pan

    Medium saucepan with lid

    Wooden spoon or spatula

    Measuring cups (for water)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to directions.

  2. While the rice is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the cooked ground beef and the contents of the vegetable jar. Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is heated through.

  4. Stir the cooked rice into the skillet until well combined.

  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the mixture and stir until melted, or cover the skillet for 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese.

  6. Serve and Enjoy!

Instructions

  1. Wash the potato and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add about 1 tablespoon of oil.

  3. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften.

  4. Add the vegetables and cook for another 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and the vegetables are crisp-tender.

  5. Add the sliced bratwurst and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until heated through.

  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and toss everything with the balsamic dressing. If you prefer, you can drizzle the dressing over each serving instead.

  7. Serve and Enjoy!
