One Pot Greens, Beans and Quinoa

  • In your crate

    Diced seasonal veggies

    Chickpeas

    Salsa and spice mix

    Quinoa

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Pot

    Spatula

    Serving Spoon

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat some oil and sauté the veggies for 3-4 minutes

  2. Add chickpeas (or other beans) and sauté. Then add salsa, spice mix and quinoa.

  3. For 1.5 cups of water per serving, let it cook on medium heat with the lid on till quinoa is soft, about 15 minutes.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!!!
