Carrot

Onion

Tomato sauce

  • ½ cup chopped cabbage
    1 small potato, diced
    ¼ onion, chopped
    ½ carrot, diced
    ¼ cup beans
    ¼ cup tomato sauce
    ¼ tsp oregano
    Salt and pepper
    Oil or butter

  •  4 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, diced
    1 cup beans
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 tsp oregano
    Salt and pepper
    Oil or butter

  • Cutting board
    Knife
    Skillet or pan
    Spoon

Instructions

  1. Warm oil or butter in a skillet and sauté onion, carrot, and potato until softened.

  2. Add chopped cabbage and cook until wilted and lightly browned.

  3. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  4. Simmer 5–10 minutes until flavors combine and sauce thickens.
