Cabbage & Potato “Unstuffed Roll” Skillet

Ingredients

Cabbage

Potato

Carrot

Onion

Beans

Tomato sauce

Serving Sizes

Instructions

  1. Warm oil or butter in a skillet and sauté onion, carrot, and potato until softened.

  2. Add chopped cabbage and cook until wilted and lightly browned.

  3. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  4. Simmer 5–10 minutes until flavors combine and sauce thickens.

  5. Enjoy!!
