4 oz ground pork
½ cup pasta
¼ onion, chopped
½ carrot, chopped
½ cup cabbage or kale, shredded
½ clove garlic, minced
½ cup canned tomato (diced)
½ cup stock or water
Spices to taste -
1 lb ground pork
2 cups pasta
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 cups cabbage or kale, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups stock or water
Spices to taste -
Cutting board
Knife
Skillet or pot
Spoon
Instructions
Cook pork in skillet until browned.
Add onion, garlic, carrot; sauté 3 minutes.
Add cabbage/kale, pasta, tomatoes, stock, and spices.
Simmer until pasta is tender and mixture is thick.
