Black Bean Burger

Ingredients

Winter Squash

Black bean (canned or dry)

Onion

Garlic

Serving Sizes

Instructions

  1. Mash squash and beans in a bowl

  2. Mix with onion, garlic and seasoning

  3. Shape into patty (pr patties)

  4. Cook in skillet with a little oil until browned on both sides

  5. Enjoy!!
