Black Bean Burger

Ingredients

Winter Squash

Black bean (canned or dry)

Onion

Garlic

Serving Sizes

  •  ½ cup roasted winter squash, cooked and mashed
    ½ cup black beans
    ¼ onion, chopped
    ½ clove garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper

  • 2 cups roasted winter squash, cooked and mashed
    2 cups black beans
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper


  • Cutting board
    Knife
    Bowl
    Fork or masher
    Skillet

Instructions

  1. Mash squash and beans in a bowl

  2. Mix with onion, garlic and seasoning

  3. Shape into patty (pr patties)

  4. Cook in skillet with a little oil until browned on both sides

  5. Enjoy!!
