Black Bean Burger
Ingredients
Winter Squash
Black bean (canned or dry)
Onion
Garlic

½ cup roasted winter squash, cooked and mashed
½ cup black beans
¼ onion, chopped
½ clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper -
2 cups roasted winter squash, cooked and mashed
2 cups black beans
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper -
Cutting board
Knife
Bowl
Fork or masher
Skillet
Instructions
Mash squash and beans in a bowl
Mix with onion, garlic and seasoning
Shape into patty (pr patties)
Cook in skillet with a little oil until browned on both sides
