Brats

Potato

Onion

Carrot

Sauerkraut (optional)

Serving Sizes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place cut up brats, peel and sliced potatoes, chopped onion, and chopped carrots on a baking sheet.

  3. Roast 25–30 minutes until browned and tender.

  4. Serve with sauerkraut.

  5. Enjoy!!
