Brat Bake

Brats

Potato

Onion

Carrot

Sauerkraut (optional)

Serving Sizes

  • 1 brat
    1 small potato, cut in wedges
    ¼ onion, sliced
    ½ carrot, sliced
    ¼ cup sauerkraut


  • 4 brats
    4 medium potatoes, cut in wedges
    1 onion, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 cup sauerkraut


  • Cutting board
    Knife
    Baking sheet
    Oven



Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place cut up brats, peel and sliced potatoes, chopped onion, and chopped carrots on a baking sheet.

  3. Roast 25–30 minutes until browned and tender.

  4. Serve with sauerkraut.

  5. Enjoy!!
