1 small potato, cut in wedges
¼ onion, sliced
½ carrot, sliced
¼ cup sauerkraut -
4 brats
4 medium potatoes, cut in wedges
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 cup sauerkraut -
Cutting board
Knife
Baking sheet
Oven
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place cut up brats, peel and sliced potatoes, chopped onion, and chopped carrots on a baking sheet.
Roast 25–30 minutes until browned and tender.
Serve with sauerkraut.
