Late Summer Slaw

Ingredients

Beet

Apple

Carrot

Sauerkraut

Maple syrup

Italian dressing

Serving Sizes

  •  ½ beet, shredded
    ½ apple, shredded
    ½ cup carrot, shredded
    2 tbsp sauerkraut
    1 tsp maple syrup
    1 tsp Italian dressing

  • 2 beets, shredded
    2 apples, shredded
    2 cups carrot, shredded
    ½ cup sauerkraut
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp Italian dressing


  • Cutting board
    Knife or grater
    Bowl
    Spoon


Instructions

  1. Shred beet, apple, and cabbage.

  2. Mix with kraut, syrup, and dressing.

  3. Serve cold as wraps in cabbage leaves or as salad.

  4. Enjoy!!
