Apple
Carrot
Sauerkraut
Maple syrup

2 tbsp sauerkraut
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp Italian dressing -
2 beets, shredded
2 apples, shredded
2 cups carrot, shredded
½ cup sauerkraut
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Italian dressing -
Cutting board
Knife or grater
Bowl
Spoon
Instructions
Shred beet, apple, and cabbage.
Mix with kraut, syrup, and dressing.
Serve cold as wraps in cabbage leaves or as salad.
