½ cup diced seasonal veggies
½ cup ground beef

Sauce mix: 4 garlic cloves minced, 2 tsp ginger powder, 4 tbsp coconut amino, 2 tsp paprika, 4 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
Cook the rice (rinse rice, add 2-3 times water, cook on medium heat till the water is absorbed)
Dice green onions and set aside
Mix sauce ingredients
Optional: Dice the seasonal veggies like carrots, kohlrabi, and parsnips and onions and set aside.
Cook the beef until brown. Drain excess fat. Add diced veggies and cook for additional 3-4 minutes.
Add sauce to the mixture. Add salt to taste.
Serve over rice and top it with diced green onions.
