Ground Beef Rice Bowl

 

  • Sauce mix: garlic, ginger, coconut amino, paprika, brown sugar

  • Green onion

  • Seasonal veggies

  • Ground beef

  • Rice

  • Salt

Ingredients

Serving Sizes

    • Sauce mix: 1 garlic clove minced, ½ tsp ginger powder, 1 tbsp coconut amino, ½ tsp paprika, 1 tbsp brown sugar

    • ½ cup diced green onions

    • ½ cup diced seasonal veggies

    • ½ cup ground beef

    • ½ cup rice

    • Salt

    • Sauce mix: 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tsp ginger powder, 2 tbsp coconut amino, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp brown sugar

    • 1 cup diced green onions

    • 1 cup diced seasonal veggies

    • 1 cup ground beef

    • 1 cup rice

    • Salt

    • Sauce mix: 4 garlic cloves minced, 2 tsp ginger powder, 4 tbsp coconut amino, 2 tsp paprika, 4 tbsp brown sugar

    • 2 cups diced green onions

    • 2 cups diced seasonal veggies

    • 2 cups ground beef

    • 2 cups rice

    • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice (rinse rice, add 2-3 times water, cook on medium heat till the water is absorbed)

  2. Dice green onions and set aside

  3. Mix sauce ingredients

  4. Optional: Dice the seasonal veggies like carrots, kohlrabi, and parsnips and onions and set aside.

  5. Cook the beef until brown. Drain excess fat. Add diced veggies and cook for additional 3-4 minutes.

  6. Add sauce to the mixture. Add salt to taste.

  7. Serve over rice and top it with diced green onions.

  8. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
