Pasta Sauce or diced tomatoes with seasoning
Optional ground meat (beef, turkey, lamb)
Ingredients

4 oz Pasta
1 Clove Garlic
½ to 1 cup diced Seasonal Veggies
3/4 c Pasta Sauce or reduce the quantity and add diced tomatoes
1 cup Water
Optional Seasoning (1 tbsp fresh or 1 tsp dried parsley)
Salt and Pepper to taste

8 oz Pasta
2 Cloves Garlic
1 to 2 cups diced Seasonal Veggies
1.5 cups Pasta Sauce or reduce the quantity and add diced tomatoes
2 cups Water
Optional Seasoning (2 tbsp fresh or 2 tsp dried parsley)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Clean and chop all vegetables and mince garlic cloves.
In a pot, heat a little oil and saute the onion and garlic
If using ground meat, add now and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add uncooked pasta and other seasonal vegetables. Add water as needed.
Cover and simmer till pasta is cooked (about 10 minutes).
Add salt, pepper, and seasoning.
Serve and enjoy!!
