Pork Chop Salad
Seasonal veggies for shredding (cabbage, carrots, kohlrabi)
Pork chop
Sauce (any of Soy, Mayo, Mustard)
Salt and pepper

2 cups shredded seasonal veggies (cabbage, carrots, kohlrabi)
4 oz pork chop
1-2 tbsp sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

4 cups shredded seasonal veggies (cabbage, carrots, kohlrabi)
8 oz pork chop
2-4 tbsp sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pork chop to 165°F in medium-high heat pan with oil, salt, and pepper until done. Let it rest, then slice.
In a bowl, mix shredded carrot, cabbage, and kohlrabi. Add other veggies as needed.
Add sliced pork on top of the veggies.
Drizzle and toss the sauce or serve as-is.
