Pork Chop Salad

  • Seasonal veggies for shredding (cabbage, carrots, kohlrabi)

  • Pork chop

  • Sauce (any of Soy, Mayo, Mustard)

  • Salt and pepper

    • 2 cups shredded seasonal veggies (cabbage, carrots, kohlrabi)

    • 4 oz pork chop

    • 1-2 tbsp sauce

    • Salt & pepper to taste

    • 4 cups shredded seasonal veggies (cabbage, carrots, kohlrabi)

    • 8 oz pork chop

    • 2-4 tbsp sauce

    • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pork chop to 165°F in medium-high heat pan with oil, salt, and pepper until done. Let it rest, then slice.

  2. In a bowl, mix shredded carrot, cabbage, and kohlrabi. Add other veggies as needed.

  3. Add sliced pork on top of the veggies.

  4. Drizzle and toss the sauce or serve as-is.

  5. Enjoy!!!!
