Baked Lentil Casserole

In your crate
Bag of lentils
Jar of seasonal veggies, diced tomatoes and garlic
Cheese

Recommended cooking utensils
Casserole dish or baking pan
Tin foil or lid for pan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine rinsed lentils and 3/4 cup of water or broth per cup of lentils
Add the jar of veggies and seasoning, salt and pepper, mix well
Place in a baking pan. Cover tightly with foil or lid.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, then remove from oven and stir.
Sprinkle cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese melts, remove and let cool for 10 min.
Serve and enjoy!
