Black Bean Chili

Chili tomato sauce
Beans or Ground Beef
Pre-chopped vegetables
Potatoes

Recommended cooking utensils
Large pot & lid (for cooking the chili)
Stirring spoon (for stirring the ingredients)
Measuring cups (for adding broth or water)
Instructions
In a medium pot, add about a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
Once hot, add the jar of vegetables.
Sauté the vegetables until the potatoes and carrots are as soft as you would like them (about 5-10 minutes).
Add the chili tomato sauce.
Mix and add about 1/4 cup of water per serving if the chili is too thick.
Enjoy and add salt and pepper to taste!
