Cheesy Ground Beef and Seasonal Veggies

  • In your crate

    Pre-cooked ground beef & tomato mix

    Jar of seasonal veggies

    Potatoes

    Shredded cheese

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Skillet or frying pan (for cooking the ingredients)

    Wooden spoon or spatula (for stirring and mixing the ingredients)

    Lid or aluminum foil (for covering the skillet to melt the cheese)

Instructions

  1. Dice potatoes. Heat skillet. Add seasonal veggies and 1/2 cup water per serving. Simmer until veggies are fork tender. (Note: depending on the seasonal vegetables available, you could just sauté them in oil without needing to add water.)

  2. Add pre-cooked beef mix and stir. Bring to a simmer (2-3 minutes).

  3. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil or broil for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese has melted.

  4. Serve and enjoy!

*For extra flavor, top with sliced jalapeños or top the tater!
