    Rice

    Jar with cooked Chicken

    Jar with diced onions, tomatoes, beans and corn

    Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice thoroughly. To cook, take 2.5 times water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium, add rice and cook till soft. Add water if needed.

  2. In a pan heat oil, mix the veggies and sauté until veggies are cooked to desired tenderness.

  3. Add chicken and mix well.

  4. Serve the mixture on rice on a plate.

  5. Top it with sour cream and cheese.

  6. Enjoy!

    Vegan version: extra beans for proteins and skip the steps for sour cream and cheese.
