Butter Chicken and Rice

  • In your crate

    Cooked chicken

    Spices (cardamom, mace, ginger and garlic)

    Gravy mix: Tomato sauce, low-heat red chili powder, coconut milk and honey

    Rice

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Pan

    Pot

    Spatula

    Serving spoon

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice thoroughly. To cook, take 2.5 times water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium, add rice and cook till soft. Add water if needed.

  2. Add butter or oil in a pan. On low heat, add spice mix and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add gravy and stir for another 2-3 minutes

  3. Add cooked chicken and stir.

  4. Serve on rice and enjoy!
