Sauce mix: Tomato sauce, low-heat red chili powder, coconut milk, honey, and spices (cardamom, mace, ginger and garlic)

Instructions
Preheated oven to 375 (too warm the GF baguette).
Add butter or oil in a pan. Sauté fresh vegetables.
On low heat, add sauce mix and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked chicken and stir until heated thoroughly.
Bake the GF baguette for 5 minutes or until it’s warm and golden.
Serve and enjoy!
Optional: Serve over rice. To cook, take 2.5 times water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium, add rice and cook till soft. Add water if needed.
