Butter Chicken

    Cooked chicken

    Fresh veggies

    Sauce mix: Tomato sauce, low-heat red chili powder, coconut milk, honey, and spices (cardamom, mace, ginger and garlic)

    GF baguette

  • Recommended cooking utensils

Instructions

  1. Preheated oven to 375 (too warm the GF baguette).

  2. Add butter or oil in a pan. Sauté fresh vegetables.

  3. On low heat, add sauce mix and stir for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add cooked chicken and stir until heated thoroughly.

  5. Bake the GF baguette for 5 minutes or until it’s warm and golden.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

  7. Optional: Serve over rice. To cook, take 2.5 times water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium, add rice and cook till soft. Add water if needed.
