Recommended cooking utensils
For the Veggies: Large sauté pan or skillet, stirring spoon or spatula, saucepan lid (optional, for simmering)
For Cooking the Spaghetti: Medium pot
For Serving: Serving spoon
Instructions
Boil water in a pot. Take enough water to dip the spaghetti.
Cook till the spaghetti is soft, about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Sauté onions in a pan until they’re translucent.
Add veggies and cook till soft or reach desired tenderness.
Add tofu, spaghetti, and mix well
Add 1/3 cup water per serving to the peanut sauce, mix well and add to the pan.
Add more water and salt as needed
Heat well, serve, and Enjoy!
