Peanut Pad Thai

  • In your crate

    Diced veggies

    Baked Tofu

    Peanut sauce

    Spaghetti

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    For the Veggies: Large sauté pan or skillet, stirring spoon or spatula, saucepan lid (optional, for simmering)

    For Cooking the Spaghetti: Medium pot

    For Serving: Serving spoon

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot. Take enough water to dip the spaghetti.

  2. Cook till the spaghetti is soft, about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. Sauté onions in a pan until they’re translucent.

  4. Add veggies and cook till soft or reach desired tenderness.

  5. Add tofu, spaghetti, and mix well

  6. Add 1/3 cup water per serving to the peanut sauce, mix well and add to the pan.

  7. Add more water and salt as needed

  8. Heat well, serve, and Enjoy!
