Fresh Spring Pasta

  • In your crate

    Jar of chopped veggies

    Bag of pasta

    Parmesan cheese

    Lemon juice

    Fresh basil

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Pot to boil noodles

    Skillet to sauté veggies

    Spoon or Spatula

    Strainer to drain pasta

Instructions

  1. In a large pot boil water. Add pasta and cook until pasta is partially cooked, then add veggies and boil for another 3 mins until veggies and pasta are tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in skillet and cook onion until fragrant.

  3. Toss onion mixture, parmesan and the dressing into the pasta and veggie mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
