Seasonal Stir Fry with Quinoa

Quinoa
Pre-chopped veggies
Pre-cooked ground beef
Stir fry sauce

Recommended cooking utensils
Pot (for making quinoa)
Pan (for heating vegetables)
Mixing spoon or spatula
Instructions
Measure water (twice the amount of dry quinoa) and pour it into a pot with a lid. Add quinoa to it. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes until the water is absorbed and quinoa is soft.
Add oil to a separate saucepan and sauté veggies.
Once onions are translucent, add ground beef and stir fry sauce. Mix well. Cook until meat/sauce is heated thoroughly.
Serve with cooked quinoa. Enjoy!
