Seasonal Stir Fry with Quinoa

  • In your crate

    Quinoa

    Pre-chopped veggies

    Pre-cooked ground beef

    Stir fry sauce

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Pot (for making quinoa)

    Pan (for heating vegetables)

    Mixing spoon or spatula

Instructions

  1.  Measure water (twice the amount of dry quinoa) and pour it into a pot with a lid. Add quinoa to it. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes until the water is absorbed and quinoa is soft.

  2. Add oil to a separate saucepan and sauté veggies.

  3. Once onions are translucent, add ground beef and stir fry sauce. Mix well. Cook until meat/sauce is heated thoroughly.

  4. Serve with cooked quinoa. Enjoy!
