Unstuffed Cabbage Roll

  • In your crate

    Jar of seasonal veggies

    Jar of sauce mix (onions, and garlic, tomato sauce, bouillon cube, raisins)

    Jar of seasoned ground beef

    Uncooked rice or quinoa

    Sour cream

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Pot with lid

    Spoon or spatula

    Measuring cup

Instructions

  1. Heat pot to medium-high, add veggie jar and one cup of water per person in your family. Bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir in the rice/quinoa from the bag. Cover and cook until the cabbage is tender and the rice/quinoa is cooked through (about 15 minutes for quinoa, 20 minutes for rice).

  3. Add the meat and tomato sauce mix, stir and let heat through for 5 minutes.

  4. If desired, add sour cream as a topping.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
