Unstuffed Cabbage Roll

In your crate
Jar of seasonal veggies
Jar of sauce mix (onions, and garlic, tomato sauce, bouillon cube, raisins)
Jar of seasoned ground beef
Uncooked rice or quinoa
Sour cream

Recommended cooking utensils
Pot with lid
Spoon or spatula
Measuring cup
Instructions
Heat pot to medium-high, add veggie jar and one cup of water per person in your family. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in the rice/quinoa from the bag. Cover and cook until the cabbage is tender and the rice/quinoa is cooked through (about 15 minutes for quinoa, 20 minutes for rice).
Add the meat and tomato sauce mix, stir and let heat through for 5 minutes.
If desired, add sour cream as a topping.
Serve and enjoy!
