Rustic Bean Soup

In your crate
Jar of seasonal veggies
Jar of bean and veggie mix (onions, carrots, potato, garlic, tomato sauce)
Seasonings
Loaf of gluten free bread ( for thickener)

Recommended cooking utensils
Pot with lid
Spoon or spatula
Instructions
Heat pot to medium-high, add jar with beans and veggies.
Add spices and one cup of water per person in your family. Bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook until the kale is tender, about 30 minutes.
Tear up the bread and put into the pot, this will thicken it. Stir and let heat through for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
