  •  4 oz fresh or canned chicken
    1 cup cooked egg noodles
    ¼ onion, chopped
    ½ carrot, diced
    ¼ cup kale or celery, chopped
    ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
    ¼ tsp onion powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Oil or butter for cooking

  •  1 lb fresh or canned chicken
    4 cups cooked egg noodles
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, diced
    1 cup kale or celery, chopped
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp onion powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Oil or butter for cooking

  • Cutting board
    Knife
    Skillet or baking dish
    Spoon

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Warm oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and kale; sauté until soft and fragrant.

  3. Add chicken, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until heated through.

  4. Mix in cooked noodles and toss gently to combine.
