Pasta Carbonara with Zesty Ranch Aioli

  • 1 cup cooked pasta
    2 oz chicken, cooked and shredded
    ¼ egg (beaten)
    2 tbsp ranch dressing
    1 clove roasted garlic, mashed
    Black pepper, to taste

  • 4 cups cooked pasta
    8 oz chicken, cooked and shredded
    1 egg (beaten)
    ½ cup ranch dressing
    4 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
    Black pepper, to taste


  • Pot
    Strainer
    Skillet
    Whisk
    Spoon
    Cutting board
    Knife



Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water; drain. Cook chicken if raw, shred once done.

  2. In a skillet, whisk egg, ranch, and roasted garlic until smooth.

  3. Toss pasta and chicken together in skillet off the heat.

  4. Stir until creamy (residual heat cooks the egg slightly); season with black pepper.

  5. Enjoy!!
