Chicken Tortilla Soup

¼ cup black beans
½ cup tomato (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp bell pepper, chopped
¾ cup stock
Spices to taste
Tortilla chips, for serving -
8–12 oz chicken, cooked and shredded

Instructions
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and peppers; sauté 3–4 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, beans, stock, and shredded chicken.
Season with cumin, chili powder, or cayenne.
Simmer for 20 minutes, then serve hot with tortilla chips.
