Cauliflower or zucchini — 2 cup chopped
Onion — 1 cup chopped
Cheese (optional) — 8 tbsp shredded

Large Skillet

Instructions
Sauté meat and onion until browned
Add vegetables and cook until soft
Season to taste
Add toppings (optional)
