    Cauliflower or zucchini — 1/2 cup chopped

    Onion — 1/4 cup chopped

    Cheese (optional) — 2 tbsp shredded


  • Ground meat — 1 lb

    Cauliflower or zucchini — 2 cup chopped

    Onion — 1 cup chopped

    Cheese (optional) — 8 tbsp shredded


  • Cutting board

    Knife

    Large Skillet

    Spatula

Instructions

  1. Sauté meat and onion until browned

  2. Add vegetables and cook until soft

  3. Season to taste

  4. Add toppings (optional)
