  • Ground meat — 2–3 oz
    Rice (cooked) — 1/2 cup
    Onion — 1/4 cup chopped
    Bell pepper — 1/4 cup chopped
    Tomato — 1/4 cup chopped
    Black beans (optional) — 1/4 cup

  • Ground meat — 1 lb.
    Rice (cooked) — 2 cup
    Onion — 2 cup chopped
    Bell pepper — 2 cup chopped
    Tomato — 2 cup chopped
    Black beans (optional) — 2 cup

  • Cutting board

    Knife

    Large Skillet

    Spatula

Instructions

  1. Cook rice

  2. Brown meat with onion and pepper

  3. Season to taste

  4. Add tomato and beans

  5. Serve mixture over rice

  6. Serve and enjoy!!!
