Chicken (fresh or canned)
Egg noodles or dumpling
Carrot
Onion
Cabbage or celery

  • Chicken (fresh or canned) — 1/4 cup shredded
    Egg noodles (cooked) — 1/2 cup
    Carrot — 1/4 cup chopped
    Onion — 1/4 cup chopped
    Cabbage or celery — 1/4 cup chopped

  • Chicken (fresh or canned) — 1 cup shredded
    Egg noodles (cooked) — 2 cup
    Carrot — 1 cup chopped
    Onion — 1 cup chopped
    Cabbage or celery — 1 cup chopped

  • Cutting board

    Knife

    Large pot

    Spoon

Instructions

  1. Simmer chicken, vegetables, and 1 cup broth for 15 minutes.

  2. Add noodles or dumpling dough and cook until hot.

  3. Season to taste.
