Pan Roasted Pork Chops with Seasonal Veggies

  • Pork Chop or Chicken Quarter

  • Italian Dressing

  • Onion

  • Bell pepper

  • Carrot or Potato

Ingredients

Serving Sizes

  • Pork chop or chicken quarter — 1 piece
    Italian dressing — 2 tbsp
    Onion — 1/4 cup chopped
    Bell pepper — 1/4 cup chopped
    Carrot or potato — 1/2 cup cubed


  • Pork chop or chicken quarter 4 pieces
    Italian dressing ¼ cup
    Onion — 3 cup chopped
    Bell pepper — 3 cup chopped
    Carrot or potato — 8 cup cubed


  • Cutting board

    Knife

    Foil lined sheet pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F, dice potatoes and seasonal vegetables into uniform pieces so they cook evenly. 

  2. Put vegetables, in a single layer, into a baking pan and drizzle with oil. Roast for 20 minutes.

  3. Season pork or chicken to liking with salt and pepper.

  4. Pull out pan and stir vegetables. 

  5. Place protein on top of vegetables and roast for another 25-30 mins or until pork reaches 165°F.

  6. Serve and enjoy!!!
