Cheesy Ground Meat Cauliflower

  • Seasonal veggies (onions, cauliflower)

  • Ground meat (beef, lamb, turkey)

  • Diced tomato

  • Shredded cheese

  • Chili powder, pepper, onion and garlic powder

  • Salt

    • 2 cups diced seasonal veggies (onions, cauliflower florets)

    • 4 oz ground meat

    • ½ cup diced tomato

    • 1 tsp of mixed chili powder, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

    • Salt

    • 4 cups diced seasonal veggies (onions, cauliflower florets)

    • 8 oz ground meat

    • 1 cup diced tomato

    • 2 tsp of mixed chili powder, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

    • Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet. Add onion and saute until golden brown. Add cauliflower and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add ground meat mix and cook over medium heat until it is cooked through. Add diced tomato, spice and salt to taste.

  3. Sprinkle cheese, cover with a foil, broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
