Veggie Chickpea Wrap
Soaked chickpeas and boiled
Boiled/steamed cauliflower
Tortilla
Oil
Salt , pepper, & garlic powder

½ cup boiled/steamed cauliflower, chopped
1 tsp olive oil (or any other cooking oil)
1 tsp lemon juice
Spice Mix (1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp garlic powder)
1 tortilla

2 cups boiled/steamed cauliflower, chopped
4 tsp oil
4 tsp lemon juice
Spice Mix (1 tsp salt, ½ black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder)

Instructions
Cook the soaked chickpeas in a pot by adding twice the amount of water. Chickpeas should become soft.
Boil/steam the veggies until tender.Cut the veggies into small pieces.
Mash the chickpeas and veggies in a bowl.
Add oil, lemon juice, and the seasonings. Mix everything well.
Warm the tortillas and fill each wrap with the mixture.
