Ground Beef Fajitas

 

  • Spices: garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper

  • Onion

  • Lettuce

  • Bell Pepper

  • Cilantro or Parsley

  • Tortilla

Ingredients

    • Spices: ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp paprika, ½ tsp ground cumin, black pepper

    • ¼ cup diced onion

    • 2 large lettuce leaves

    • ½ cup diced bell Pepper

    • Cilantro or Parsley

    • 2 Tortilla

    • Spices: ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground cumin, black pepper

    • ½ cup diced onion

    • 4 large lettuce leaves

    • 1 cup diced bell Pepper

    • Cilantro or Parsley

    • 4 Tortilla

    • Salt to taste

    • Spices: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp ground cumin, black pepper

    • 1 cup diced onion

    • 8 large leaf lettuce

    • 2 cup diced bell Pepper

    • Cilantro or Parsley

    • 8 Tortilla

    • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all spices and set aside

  2. Dice onion and bell pepper into thin strips

  3. Heat a skillet and add ground beef. Brown the beef and drain any excess fat. Add the sesoning and cook for 2-3 minutes, then set it aside

  4. Sauté the onion and pepper in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes and add the seasoned beef, mix well

  5. Spread lettuce leaves on a tortilla, add mixture, add chopped cilantro, close the ends and wrap the tortilla

  6. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
