Pesto Pasta with Chicken

 

  • Pesto (arugula, lettuce, peanuts, garlic, parmesan, olive oil)

  • Chicken

  • Salt

    • Pesto (arugula, lettuce, peanuts, garlic, parmesan, olive oil)

    • 3 oz pasta

    • 4 oz Chicken

    • Salt to taste

    • Pesto (arugula, lettuce, peanuts, garlic, parmesan, olive oil)

    • 6 oz pasta

    • 8 oz Chicken

    • Salt to taste

    • Pesto (arugula, lettuce, peanuts, garlic, parmesan, olive oil)

    • 12 oz pasta

    • 16 oz Chicken

    • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta (boil water in a pot, add pasta and cook until tender, drain the water)

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat oil in a pan cook the chicken until the internal temperature is 165°F. Shred or cut into pieces.

  4. Mix pasta, chicken and pesto in a bowl. Add salt to taste.

  5. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
