Pineapple & Corn Pork Skillet

  • Pineapple tidbits

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • Seasonal Vegetables

    • Corn

    • Bell Pepper

    • Fresh Basil

  • Ground meat (Beef, lamb, pork), Chicken or beans

Ingredients

Serving Sizes

    • Ground pork or chicken chunks (or beans) — 3 oz (about 1/2 cup cooked)

    • Pineapple tidbits — 1/2 cup drained

    • Corn kernels — 1/3 cup

    • Bell pepper — 1/2 cup diced

    • Onion — 1/4 cup diced

    • Garlic — 1 clove minced

    • Basil — 1 tbsp chopped

    • Oil — 1 tsp

    • Coconut aminos or soy sauce — 1 tbsp

    • Ground pork or chicken chunks (or beans) — 3 oz (about 1/2 cup cooked)

    • Pineapple tidbits — 1/2 cup drained

    • Corn kernels — 1/3 cup

    • Bell pepper — 1/2 cup diced

    • Onion — 1/4 cup diced

    • Garlic — 1 clove minced

    • Basil — 1 tbsp chopped

    • Oil — 1 tsp

    •  Coconut aminos or soy sauce — tbsp

  • Cutting board/knife

    Large skillet

Instructions

  1. Season the pork, onions and garlic with salt and pepper, and cook in a pan with oil over medium heat until it is cooked through.

  2. Add vegetables and drained pineapple

  3. Season to taste and cook on low until everything is warm and tender.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
