Ground pork or chicken chunks (or beans) — 3 oz (about 1/2 cup cooked)
Pineapple tidbits — 1/2 cup drained
Corn kernels — 1/3 cup
Bell pepper — 1/2 cup diced
Onion — 1/4 cup diced
Garlic — 1 clove minced
Basil — 1 tbsp chopped
Oil — 1 tsp
Coconut aminos or soy sauce — 1 tbsp

Large skillet
Instructions
Season the pork, onions and garlic with salt and pepper, and cook in a pan with oil over medium heat until it is cooked through.
Add vegetables and drained pineapple
Season to taste and cook on low until everything is warm and tender.
