Summer Salad with Basil

  • Cucumber

  • Cherry Tomato

  • Corn

  • Bell Pepper

  • Zucchini

  • Fresh Basil

  • Dressing

Ingredients

Serving Sizes

    • Cucumber — 1/2 cup chopped

    • Cherry tomatoes — 1/2 cup halved

    • Corn kernels — 1/3 cup

    • Bell pepper — 1/2 cup chopped

    • Zucchini ribbons — 1/2 cup

    • Fresh basil — 1 tbsp chopped

    • Dressing (ranch or vinaigrette) — 2 tbsp

    • Cucumbers — 1 cup chopped

    • Cherry tomatoes — 1 cup halved

    • Corn kernels — 1 cup

    • Bell pepper — 1 cup chopped

    • Zucchini ribbons — 1 cup

    • Fresh basil — 1/4 cup chopped

    • Dressing — 4 tbsp ranch or vinaigrette

  • Cutting board/knife

    Large bowl

    Serving spoon

Instructions

  1. Chop everything

  2. Toss together

  3. Add dressing of choice

  4. Serve and enjoy!!
