Cooked chicken (shredded) or white beans — 1/2 cup (3 oz chicken or 1 cup beans)
Pasta — 2 oz dry (about 1/2 cup)
Zucchini — 1/2 cup chopped
Kale — 1 cup chopped
Garlic — 1 clove minced
Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
Olive oil — 1 tsp
Fresh basil — 1 tbsp chopped

Cooked chicken — 6 oz (1 cup shredded) or white beans 1 cup
Pasta — 4 oz (1 cup dry
Zucchini — 1 cup chopped
Kale — 2 cups chopped
Garlic — 2 cloves minced
Lemon juice — 2 tbsp
Olive oil — 2 tsp
Fresh basil — 1/4 cup chopped
Italian seasoning — 1 tsp

Cutting board/knife
Large skillet
Large pot (to boil pasta)
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook in a pan with oil over medium heat until it is cooked through.
Cook pasta, drain the water and set it aside.
Heat oil to medium in a skillet, toss in garlic, cook for 1 minute
Toss in the rest of the chopped veggies, sauté until tender
Add pasta and chicken or beans, season to taste, add lemon juice and basil.
