Ground pork or beef — 3 oz (about 1/2 cup cooked)
Onion — 1/4 cup chopped
Bell pepper — 1/2 cup chopped
Cabbage — 1 cup chopped
Tomato (diced) — 1/2 cup
Garlic — 1 clove minced
Herb blend — 1 tsp
Oil — 1 tsp
Water/broth — 1 cup

Ground pork or beef — 6 oz (about 1 cup cooked)
Onion — 1/2 cup chopped
Bell pepper — 1 cup chopped
Cabbage — 1 cup chopped
Tomato (diced) — 1 cup
Garlic — 2 cloves minced
Herb blend — 2 tsp
Oil — 2 tsp
Water — 2 cups

Cutting board/knife
Large pot with a lid
Large spoon/ladle
Instructions
Chop all the veggies.
Heat oil in pot to medium
Start with onions and garlic, cook until tender
Add ground meat and seasonings, drain out excess oil
Toss the remaining veggies in and cover with water or broth.
Bring to a boil, then cover, turn stove to simmer.
Cook for 35-45 minutes, until everything is tender, stirring once and a while.
