Pork Chop Creamy Pasta

    • Creamy Garlic Sauce: ½ tbsp butter, 1 clove minced garlic, ½ tbsp all-purpose flour, ½ cup whole milk, bouillon, herbs for seasoning

    • 3 oz Pasta

    • Pork chops

    • Creamy Garlic Sauce: 1 tbsp butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1 cup whole milk, bouillon, herbs for seasoning

    • 6 oz Pasta

    • Pork chops

    • Seasonal veggies (optional)

    • Creamy Garlic Sauce: 2 tbsp butter, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 2 cups whole milk, bouillon, herbs for seasoning

    • 12 oz Pasta

    • Pork chops

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan. Add pasta and boil until soft, 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a saucepan melt butter. Add minced garlic, pepper, Italian herbs, flour, mix well. Slowly add milk preventing lumps. Add bouillon or broth. Once warm, add cheese and stir on simmer until cheese melts.

  3. Season pork chops on both sides and sear turning sides until golden brown and internal temperature is 145F.

  4. Add cooked pasta and sauce. Mix well. 

  5. Serve pasta, top with pork chops and Enjoy!!!!
