Tina Fried Rice

  • Water-packed tuna

  • Coconut amino or soy sauce

    • 1 cup diced seasonal veggies

    • ¼ cup diced green onion

    • ½ cup rice

    • 5 oz water-packed tuna

    • 1 egg

    • 1 tbsp coconut amino or soy sauce

    • Salt

    • 2 cups diced seasonal veggies

    • ½ cup diced green onion

    • 1 cup rice

    • Two 5 oz water-packed tuna

    • 2 eggs

    • 2 tbsp coconut amino or soy sauce

    • Salt

    • 4 cups diced seasonal veggies

    • 1 cup diced green onion

    • 2 cups rice

    • Four 5 oz water-packed tuna

    • 4 eggs

    • 4 tbsp coconut amino or soy sauce

    • Salt

Instructions

  1. Add warm water, 2-3 cups for 1 cup of rice.

  2. Dice the seasonal veggies and green onions.

  3. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Cook the eggs until set (slightly undercooked) and remove from the pan.

  4. Saute the veggies and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked rice, drained tuna, coconut amino and mix.

  5. Gently fold in scrambled eggs. Stir in the diced green onions.

  6. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
