Seasonal Veggies Fried Wild Rice

  • Seasonal veggies

  • 1/2 cup Wild Rice

  • Spice Mix (Curry Powder, Paprika)

  • Salt

Ingredients

Serving Sizes

  • ½ Cup Wild Rice

    2 Cups Diced Seasonal Veggies

    1 tsp Spice Mix

  • 1 Cup Wild Rice

    4 Cups Diced Seasonal Veggies

    2 tsp Spice Mix

  • 2 Cups Wild Rice

    8 Cups Diced Seasonal Veggies

    4 tsp Spice Mix

Instructions

  1. Dice the seasonal veggies into small cubes.

  2. Saute the veggies, add wild rice and mix.

  3. Add warm water, 2-3 cups for 1 cup of rice.

  4. Add spice mix and salt to taste. Lid and let it cook till rice is tender.

  5. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
