Baked Lentil Casserole with Tofu

  • In your crate

    Jar of lentils

    Jar of Carrots, onions & tomatoes

    Cheese

    Spice blend (garlic powder, pepper, and salt)

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Casserole dish or baking pan

    tin foil or lid for pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine Rinsed lentils, 1/4 water (per serving), seasons, and jar of vegetables.

  3. Place in which ever baking pan you decide to use.

  4. Cover tightly w/foil or lid

  5. Bake for 1/2 an hour & remove from oven and stir. Bake another 1/2 hour or until carrots are soft.

  6. Remove and let stand for 10 min.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
