Fish Tacos

  • In your crate

    Jar of Fish (tofu)

    Jar of shredded cabbage and onion

    Ziploc of shredded cheese

    Tortillas

    Ziploc of rice

    Jar of sauce

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Spoon

    Strainer

    Skillet

    Spatula

Instructions

  1. After rinsing rice well, put into a pot and add 2 parts water. Example: 1 cup rice=2 cups of water.

  2. Bring water and rice mix to a boil using high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Stirring occasionally. Cook until tender or to your own liking. Add salt and pepper to taste along with cilantro. (optional)

  3. While rice is Cooking, Add fish to skillet and cook over medium-low heat until warmed thoroughly.

  4. Layer fish, shredded cabbage & onion mixture and cheese into each tortilla.

  5. Drizzle sauce over top of veggies.

  6. Serve with side of rice and Enjoy!
