Green Curry with Seasonal Veggies

  • In your crate

    Green Curry Paste (Variety of seasonal greens, coconut milk, cumin powder, onion powder, garlic powder, chili garlic sauce)

    Diced Seasonal Veggies

    Dinner Rolls

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Pan

    Spatula

    Serving Spoon

Instructions

  • Sauté the veggies in oil to desired tenderness

  • Add curry paste, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water for the desired thickness, add salt to taste and cook on medium heat till the curry is warmed up.

  • Serve with dinner rolls or rice, and Enjoy!!
