Instructions
Sauté the veggies in oil to desired tenderness.
Add curry paste, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water for the desired thickness, add salt to taste and cook on medium heat till the curry is warmed up.
In a separate pot, boil water and cook pasta. Put warmed curry over finished pasta.
Serve and enjoy!!
