Red Curry Noodles

  • In your crate

    Red curry paste

    Pre-chopped vegetables

    Noodles

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Large pot

    Strainer or colander

    Wooden spoon or silicone spatula (for stirring)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot, add pasta and cook till tender, about 7 minutes. Drain the pasta.

  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add seasonal chopped vegetables and cook to desired tenderness.

  3. Add red curry paste and stir.

  4. Add cooked pasta and salt to taste. Add water for desired consistency. Stir well.

  5. Serve and enjoy!!
