White Bean Chicken Chili

  • In your crate

    Jar cooked shredded chicken

    Jar white beans, cornmeal, mixed vegetables (corn, onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper)

    Container of cream cheese

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Medium pot or saucepan

    Whisk

    Wooden spoon or spatula

    Measuring cup

    Ladle or serving spoon

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice potatoes.

  2. Empty ingredients into a pot of boiling water.

  3. Add water or broth to cover. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, about 5–7 minutes, stirring often.

  4. Add cream cheese and simmer for 10–15 minutes until creamy and slightly thick.

  5. Remove from heat, rest 2–3 minutes, and serve warm. Add a splash of water if it becomes too thick.
