White Bean Chicken Chili

  • In your crate

    1 Jar cooked shredded chicken
    1 Jar white beans
    1 Jar mixed vegetables (corn, onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper)
    1 container of cream cheese
    Cornmeal

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Medium pot or saucepan
    Whisk
    Wooden spoon or spatula
    Measuring cup
    Ladle or serving spoon

Instructions

  1. Empty ingredients into a pot.

  2. Add water or broth to cover. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, about 5–7 minutes, stirring often.

  3. When the cream cheese melts, slowly whisk in the cornmeal and simmer for 10–15 minutes until creamy and slightly thick.

  4. Remove from heat, rest 2–3 minutes, and serve warm. Add a splash of water if it becomes too thick.
