Lentil Cake

In your crate
Jar of seasonal veggies
Lentil cake (boiled & blended red lentils, chickpea flour, and spices)
Tortilla
Nutritional yeast

Recommended cooking utensils
Sautee pan with lid
Spatula
Instructions
Heat sauté pan to a little over medium, add a small amount of oil. Dump jar of veggies and sauté until onions are tender.
Add besan to the veggie (crumble or whole) mix and turn the burner to a little under medium for about 10 minutes with the lid on.
Season mix to taste. Scoop into warm tortillas. Top with cheese and favorite taco toppings (optional).
Serve and enjoy!
