Lentil Cake

  • In your crate

    Jar of seasonal veggies

    Lentil cake (boiled & blended red lentils, chickpea flour, and spices)

    Tortilla

    Nutritional yeast

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Sautee pan with lid

    Spatula

Instructions

  1. Heat sauté pan to a little over medium, add a small amount of oil. Dump jar of veggies and sauté until onions are tender.

  2. Add besan to the veggie (crumble or whole) mix and turn the burner to a little under medium for about 10 minutes with the lid on.

  3. Season mix to taste. Scoop into warm tortillas. Top with cheese and favorite taco toppings (optional).

  4. Serve and enjoy!
