Egg Pancake -inspired by Okonomiyaki (“what you like”)

Ingredients

Egg

Cabbage

Carrot

Garlic

Onion

Serving Sizes

  • 1 egg
    ½ cup cabbage, shredded
    ½ carrot, shredded
    ¼ onion, chopped
    ½ clove garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper


  • 4 eggs
    2 cups cabbage, shredded
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper


  • Cutting board
    Knife or grater
    Bowl
    Skillet
    Spatula


Instructions

  1. Mix egg, cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, and seasoning.

  2. Heat skillet to medium-high with a little oil.

  3. Spoon mixture (about 1/2 cup) into pan and flatten.

  4. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until set and golden.

  5. Enjoy!!
