Egg Pancake -inspired by Okonomiyaki (“what you like”)

Cabbage
Carrot
Garlic
Onion

½ cup cabbage, shredded
½ carrot, shredded
¼ onion, chopped
½ clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper -
4 eggs
2 cups cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper -
Cutting board
Knife or grater
Bowl
Skillet
Spatula
Instructions
Mix egg, cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, and seasoning.
Heat skillet to medium-high with a little oil.
Spoon mixture (about 1/2 cup) into pan and flatten.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until set and golden.
