Garlic and Kale Fried Rice

Ingredients

Egg

Kale/cabbage

Carrot

Garlic

Onion

Rice

Serving Sizes

Instructions

  1. Massage kale with a small drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt, set aside.

  2. Heat butter or oil in skillet. Add garlic, onion, and carrot, cook until softened.

  3. Add cooked rice and stir well.

  4. Place kale on top, cover, and let steam for 5–10 minutes.

  5. Uncover, fluff rice, mix in kale, season with soy sauce or salt, and serve.

  6. Enjoy!!
