Meat & Potato Hash with Kale

Ingredients

Ground meat (beef, pork, lamb, turkey)

Potato

Kale/Collards

Onion

Carrots

Serving Sizes

  •  4 oz ground pork or lamb
    ½ potato, diced
    ½ cup kale or collards, chopped
    ¼ onion, chopped
    ¼ tsp garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Oil or butter for cooking

  • 1 lb ground pork or lamb
    2 potatoes, diced
    2 cups kale or collards, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Oil or butter for cooking

  •  Cutting board
    Knife
    Skillet or pan
    Spoon

Nutrition Facts

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet, cook meat until browned.

  2. Add onion and potato; sauté until tender (about 5 minutes).

  3. Stir in kale, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  4. Cook until kale is tender, about 20 minutes until tender.

  5. Add splash of water or butter to finish.

  6. Enjoy!!
