Pineapple tidbits

Carrot

Kale

Instructions

  1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced pork and cook until browned on all sides.

  2. Add onion, carrot, and kale; sauté 3–4 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.

  3. Stir in pineapple tidbits, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 3–5 minutes more until everything is coated and heated through.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately.
