Baked Bean & Zucchini Casserole

Green beans — 1/2 cup chopped
Zucchini — 1/2 cup chopped
Onion — 1/4 cup chopped
Tomato (diced) — 1/2 cup
Garlic — 1 clove minced
Italian herb blend — 1 tsp
Cooked beans — 1 cup
Cheese (optional) — 2 tbsp shredded
Ground pork (optional) — 2–3 oz

Zucchini — 1 cup chopped
Onion — 1/2 cup chopped

Garlic — 2 clove minced
Italian herb blend — 2 tsp
Cooked beans — 2 cup
Cheese (optional) — 4 tbsp shredded
Ground pork (optional) — 4-6 oz oz

Instructions
Chop all the veggies
Preheat oven to 375°F
Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
If using meat, fry in a pan and drain fat, add to mix.
Bake in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish for 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Add cheese at the end. Enjoy!!
